Mama with Kids Names Sweatshirt

Horrible, actually no, customer service.

I was viewing sweatshirts and went back a page and somehow ordered a medium on accident meaning to get a large, I emailed instantly to try to get the issue fixed before the sweatshirt was made, no response. A few days later emailed again, no response. Reached out again via the website AND Facebook, no response anywhere. Then got confirmation it was being shipped but no tracking info or when just that it was being shipped soon. a few weeks later, still no response. Then the sweatshirt showed up the day I got tracking info. Showed up a different color than pictured and still in a medium. Will never order here again. If you’re going to advertise and try to run a company like this you need customer service, as far as I can tell there is none at all.

My wife loved it

Amazing! We have a special needs baby at home and when it came in the mail she didn’t realize I purchased it. She saw our son’s name on the sleeve and she melted.
